Apartment : "It is an amazing apartment! Couldn't have had a better place to stay. Very charming, spacious, clean, functional, well located. Always available whenever we needed, and before our arrival he sent us an email explaining the logistics of the apartment and with good tips. Apartment : "The apartment is gorgeous. Despite being in a busy location, it is very quiet and comfortable. We loved the Nespresso machine as well!" Welcome from the landlord : "J-P could not have been more pleasant or friendly. He showed us the entire apartment and was very easy to contact. He even put up a Christmas tree for our children!"

Apartment : "This is a really charming apartment. It's spacious, light, clean, nicely decorated, and has a large well-stocked kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. Internet, phone, security, plumbing, washing machine all worked flawlessly. We stayed with our 10-year old daughter and were very comfortable. The neighborhood is excellent; a short walk from the Centre Pompidou, and just around the corner from the Rue Rambuteau, an outstanding street of food shops. We'd certainly be willing to come back again. " Welcome from the landlord : "The landlord was extremely nice. She accommodated an early arrival by letting us in before the cleaner had finished. She gave us lots of advice and suggestions on where to shop and eat and places to visit. Seeing that we were staying over Christmas, she even set up a little Christmas tree for our daughter, which was very sweet. She also checked in by email during the middle of our visit to make sure everything was OK. " Agency : "The agency was professional and efficient. The agent I was assigned to was not always easy to get hold of to answer questions. Communicating via email in English was also a little slow due to mistranslations/misunderstandings. But overall everything worked well. "

Apartment : "My wife and I had a very very good holiday in Paris because of this apartment. The apartment is great and comfortable, we can find everything we need in it, it just like a home. And it is very convenient, there is only 1 minute walk away from the apartment to the metro (subway) entrance, the velib station, a little lovely supermarket, Seine River, restaurants and bars; even McDonald's and a Chinese restaurant. We can also go to the Louvre in 5 minutes on food. We can't wait for the next trip to Paris and would like to stay in here for the next time." Apartment : "++++AAA++++ This apartment was perfect for our 8 night stay in Paris. The apartment is in a secure building, which is a plus. We found it reasonably quiet for the middle of Paris, and I think facing onto the park is a great bonus! It is spacious enough to be very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom are fresh and modern and clean. The refrigerator is large enough to hold anything you may need and the stove top and microwave work well. The bed is very comfortable and we made good use of the free wifi and International calls to home in Australia. We were very impressed with the location of the apartment as it was close to a Metro station and also easy walking distance to many attractions, including the Louvre. Although we stayed here, we explored most of Paris very comfortably from this base location. There are small supermarkets and a laundry very close by and we felt very safe in the neighbourhood even in the late evenings. We have already recommended this apartment to family for their travels to Paris and couldn't recommend it highly enough!" They greeted us at the apartment and gave us a very thorough tour and instructions, including a handy manual for anything we may need. Apartment : "Excelente. Mejor aun de lo que muestan las fotos. Porque da la impresion de que se trata de un jardin interior, cuando lo que se ve es una plaza tranquila. Porla calle frente al edificio no se permite pasar autos con lo cual es silenciosa. El apartamento está finamente amueblado, es completo con enseres de calidad.Todo funciona perfectamente. Cocina al frente y con puerta, lo qu permite ventilacion y aislacion de olores" Welcome from the landlord : "Excelente. Muy atenta. Cuida todos los detalles. Nos permitio permanecer hasta la hora de partida de nuestro vuelo sin cargo. Nos dio sabanas y toallas de mas, que no tuvimos neecesiad de usar. Duplex : "場所がすばらしく便利でした。ルーブル美術館まで徒歩10分、ノートルダム寺院まで20分、オペラ座近辺（ラファイエット）までも徒歩30分。地下鉄駅もすぐ近く。パリは24時間コンビビ二がないようですが、アパートのすぐ近く（徒歩5分）に、23時までと25時までのコンビニみたいなものがあります。近くに食べる店も惣菜を買える店もあり、極めて便利でした。金曜日の夜は近くにBARが多く、うるさかったですが・・・（許容範囲でした）" Welcome from the landlord : "特にトラブルもなく、賃料の内金送金においても、きちんとメール返事があり、安心でした。" Agency : "アパートの入室・退室時の時間的トラブルもなく、退室時には朝7時という早い時間の退室のリクエストも、規定の30ユーロの支払いで、時間に正確に来ていただけました。とても、ありがたかったです。"
